Expression of Interest
The Multi-Use Recreation Complex (MURC)
The Town of Georgina is inviting expressions of interest from qualified and innovative food and beverage providers to operate on the property of the MURC. Interested proponents will be expected to attend a site visit and submit a brief proposal outlining their business, experience, proposed operations, equipment needs, preferred start date, goals and an annual rent range. The selected tenant will not receive exclusivity, as other vendors may operate on-site during special events.
Submissions are due January 12, 2026, and should be directed to Patti White, Manager of Recreation Services. Town staff will review all proposals and may invite one or more proponents for further discussions, reserving full discretion over final selection. Learn more.
